Wondering what to get the stylish traveller you know for Christmas? Or perhaps you would just like to treat yourself? Today I’m sharing my personal favourite gift ideas for all of us who love travel and fashion. Feel free to forward on to anyone you think might need some hints!
Before we get stuck in, one of my top tips is to search online for discount coupons. If you find a good discount code for a department store you’ll be able to buy many of these items in one place at reduced prices. At the moment you can save up to 30% off with JCPenney online coupons so you’ll be able to afford more stylish gifts to pamper your loved ones (or yourself!).
Travel Accessories
Every stylish traveller loves receiving new luggage or travel accessories, especially if designed by their favourite fashion brand. Samsonite and Antler make fantastic quality cases but for something a bit more stylish and distinguishable on the carousel, how about this floral design by Ted Baker?
I’m also a huge fan of the retro Fabulous Fifties range of luggage by Suit Suit – who can resist those pastel colours? (See above.) Luggage tags, passport covers and wallets all make great stocking fillers. My favourite ranges are by Kate Spade New York and Camilla.
Travel Technology
All travellers love a good gadget! Travel adapters, portable power packs, Bluetooth keyboards, phone cases and camera lenses may not make the sexiest of presents but I assure you they will be appreciated by your travel-loving friends.

Travel Clothing
I love to travel in outfits that are comfortable but chic – I tend to stick to block colours like dark jeans and a light top and add a blazer and pashmina to stay warm but smart. For more adventurous travellers practical clothing with easy-wash characteristics or wrinkle-proof fabric are a great choice. A soft printed scarf is a great versatile item for travellers, you’ll find a fab range at Zara.
Travel-Themed Home Décor
We travel fans like to think about and plan travel even when we’re at home. Great gifts for travel lovers include antique globes for the home office and customized canvas prints featuring images of their favourite locations. Also consider searching for books set in their favourite locations and stylish travel guides like these city guides by Louis Vuitton.

The Gift Of Travel
And finally, what can be a better gift for a travel lover than the gift of travel itself? If you’re not sure of their availability or don’t have the full budget to book them a holiday consider buying gift vouchers from high street travel agencies like Flight Centre, which they can put towards their next trip instead. Alternatively some currency for the next country they plan to head to can be a thoughtful and helpful gift.
Have fun shopping and a very merry Christmas!
